I have been in the Sales and Service industry since 1984. In July 1992 I started my own business. I believe I bring to each client, individual attention in a relationship of trust and confidence. I help my clients discover their needs and goals. With that information I can develop a plan to help them achieve the results that will meet those needs and goals. It is my desire to make every client feel as if they are my only client. I pride myself on the service I provide.
I am a qualified mentor and coach. With many learning experiences and life experiences I have vast knowledge and compassion to bring to my clients. I am also easy to get along with and very passionate to help other business owners and employees with their benefits or financial plans. Through my life in sales, 27 years, 19 of my own business, I have developed excellent listening skills. I have a deep desire to encourage others in a way that will positively impact their future financial picture.
I do this through a 7 step process:

5. We implement those actions each time we talk.

I have been told I have a very pleasant personality. My relationship development and client retention are very important to me. I have retained nearly all my clients during the course of the last 16 years along with attracting new client relationships. I very much enjoy the relationship development aspect of my current position.
